Hi, I’m Sylvia Dana — real estate agent, coach, tech nerd, and your go-to guide for building a profitable, powerful, and systemized real estate business.
I created The Sylvia System because I saw my fellow agents struggling to keep up with digital tools, marketing trends, and lead conversion strategies — and I knew it didn’t have to be this hard.
With a background in journalism, education, and real estate (and car) sales, I blended all my favorite things: teaching, tech, content, and connection — into one system that works.

Founder of The Sylvia System
Realtor | Coach | Tech Trainer
With a background in journalism, education, real estate (oh, and car sales), Sylvia brings a unique blend of communication, tech-savvy strategy, and real-life sales experience to every training she creates.
After becoming a full-time Realtor in 2016, Sylvia quickly discovered her superpower: helping agents understand the tools, systems, and marketing strategies they actually need to succeed.
She’s known for her no-fluff style, love of color-coded checklists, and ability to make even the most overwhelmed agents feel empowered and in control.
(Oh, and she’ll never say no to a good sci-fi show, soap opera, a tech tool demo, or a cat snuggled on her lap during a Zoom call 🐱💻)
Currently based in West Michigan, Sylvia serves as the West Michigan Area Leader for Epique Realty. She also leads her own real estate team (Threshold Agents).
Sylvia mentors agents nationwide, and teaches thousands through her trainings, YouTube channel, and The Sylvia System platform.
