Your website will be done within 21 days of you submitting the  WordPress Setup Form, as well as all of the content we requested in the form. We will provide this form to you upon the completion of your order.

You will purchase a domain from a domain provider. We recommend Hover.com, or our second choice for a domain provider is GoDaddy.com. We will provide you the instructions for transferring the domain name so that The Sylvia System can then host your domain and build your website. Please follow your National Association of Realtor as well as your company branding guidelines in regards to your creating a domain name.

Cost is a minimum charge of  $50 which covers up 2 hours, and then $25 per hours after that. Request for any changes to contact info, images, colors or links. Please keep in mind we are not a design service. The template layout we provide is the template we use.

Yes, but you will need to transfer your domain to the new host with your own domain provider. You can always move your domain where ever you want to move it. If you want to copy the whole website to another host... It will need to be transferred onto another Wordpress platform...and you will need WP Migrate Pro installed on that platform to copy the website.

Your initial cost is $2300. This includes the setup and  building the website design. Plus $35 per month Hosting fee, includes monthly updates of required plugins, keeping your site secure & protected from spam. You are responsible for purchasing your own domain and renewing your domain with your domain provider. If you ever want to make a content change to your website, it's $50 minimum for up to 2 hours, and $25 per hour after.
